The book of James
As a saved person you will have many tribulations come your way. The more you serve God, the more the devil will put obstacles in your path. Go to God when you are in those tribulation times. “Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: For when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to those who love him” (James 1:2) God will give you what you need! The Lord will not rebuke you for asking “if any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given.” (james 1:5)
The Word of God tells us to be “doers” of the Word and not “hearers” only. (James 1:22) Do not get so upset that you ruin your Christian life and/or your testimony. People will do things to you and make you upset. Let the Lord take care of it. James 1:20 “For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God”.
The laws of the scriptures tell us “Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself” (James 2:8), also “If ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin…” (James 2:9). The Lord sees everyone the same, not one is better
God will never leave you as he found you, and if you are saved you will never be the same. The Word of God also tells us to beware of all things that are said, even in secret. All will be revealed one day. Matt 12:36 “but I say unto you, that every idle word that man shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment”. The tongue is very small but can cause much harm.
Make sure your life is centered around prayer. Stay right with God and be prayerful! Be ye kind and forgive one another.
